As a recruiting consultant manager, you play a key role in driving the development of both people and companies forward. Here, a vibrant, varied, and communal everyday life awaits – do you want to make a difference with us?Your new role – a combination of people and resultsAs a recruiting consultant manager, you will have a day filled with variety, pace, and crucial meetings. You will be a key player in matching the right competence with the right assignments, while also being a stable partner for our consultants and clients. Many of our clients are both Swedish and English-speaking, and you will therefore write and speak both English and Swedish in your work. Elements of your daily work:
Create attractive job postings, review applications, and conduct interviews
Build and maintain a strong network with candidates
Be responsible for consultants on assignments and provide them with support and coaching
Handle personnel issues related to labor law, work environment, and work adaptation
Administrative tasks related to the above
Have continuous dialogue with the ordering manager and/or HR function at the client to ensure good collaboration and identify new needs.Your profileTo thrive in this role, we see that you have a skill in building relationships and creating trust, as dialogue and collaboration are central parts of the job. Relevant university education (e.g., HR or behavioral science)
Experience in recruitment and/or staffing
Experience from the industrial and/or technology sector
A strong network within the industry
